FAQ's

Got questions? We've got straight answers.

Here are the questions we hear most often, answered honestly.

What Predicta Is
What exactly is Predicta?
A fractional sales leadership and consulting service. We help growing technology companies build a repeatable sales process, then apply AI selectively — for research, preparation, knowledge capture and pipeline hygiene — inside that process, not instead of it.
Is this an AI company?
No. AI supports the sales process; it isn't the product we sell. The value is the sales system itself — the stages, standards, captured knowledge and leadership behind it. AI makes parts of it faster and more consistent, but the system works without any particular AI tool.
Is Predicta a consulting firm or a software platform?
A consulting process and fractional leadership service — not a software platform. We work directly inside your sales process: research, preparation, CRM discipline, coaching and reviews, with AI applied only where it genuinely helps.
How is this different from hiring a CRM consultant or buying a sales tool?
A CRM consultant configures software. A sales tool automates a task. Predicta does neither on its own — we diagnose where revenue is actually getting stuck, design the process to fix it, and stay hands-on delivering it, with AI as one part of the toolkit.
How It Works
What does the process actually involve?
Five stages: Diagnose, Design, Capture, Activate and Improve. See How It Works for the full breakdown of what happens at each stage.
Do you replace my CRM?
No. We work inside whatever CRM you already use, tightening the stages, qualification gates and discipline around it — not replacing it with new software.
What role does AI play?
AI supports research, meeting preparation, call summaries, CRM hygiene, risk flagging and reusing what's worked before. Customer relationships, judgement and final decisions stay entirely human. See AI-Enabled Sales Systems for the full picture.
Working With Us
Do I have to commit to a long engagement?
No. Every engagement starts with a single Sales System Diagnostic — a focused session, not a long-term commitment. Most clients continue into fractional leadership or a specific service area afterward, but only if it's the right fit.
What if I only want the diagnostic?
That's a complete, standalone engagement on its own — no obligation to continue.
What's the difference between the diagnostic and fractional leadership?
The diagnostic is a single session that identifies where your sales process is breaking down. Fractional leadership is ongoing — coaching, accountability and pipeline inspection delivered continuously, the way an in-house Sales Director would, without the full-time cost.
Who This Is For
Who do you typically work with?
B2B technology companies in Australia, typically $2M–$15M AUD in annual revenue, founder-led, where sales still depends heavily on one or two people.
What if we already have a sales team?
Even better. We don't replace your team — we give them a clearer process, captured knowledge and AI-enabled support to execute more consistently.
Our industry is pretty niche. Will this still work?
Yes. The process is built for complex, relationship-driven, longer sales cycles — the harder the sale, the more a repeatable system matters.
Getting Started
How do we get started?
Book a Sales System Diagnostic. It's a single, focused session — not a long-term commitment — and it shows you exactly where your sales process is breaking down.
What happens next?
We walk through what the diagnostic found together, and you decide whether ongoing fractional leadership or a specific service area is the right next step.
How fast can we start?
Diagnostics typically begin within 7–10 business days of scope alignment.

Still have questions?
