Predicta (predicta.au) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
This policy applies to all services offered through predicta.au, including our fractional sales agency services and the AI Revenue Discovery tool (discoverai.predicta.au).

• Your name
• Your company name
• Your email address
• Your responses to the 15 discovery questions
• The AI-generated Revenue Opportunity Map report created from your responses
When you contact us through predicta.au, we may collect:
• Your name and contact details
• Your message or enquiry content
• Your company or role (if provided)
We collect basic, anonymised analytics data when you visit our website, including pages visited, time spent, and device type. This does not identify you personally.
We use the personal information we collect to:
• Generate and deliver your AI Revenue Opportunity Map report via email
• Follow up with personalised video or written communication relevant to your report
• Schedule and manage strategy sessions or sales consultations you have booked
• Respond to your enquiries
• Improve our services and tools
We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.
To deliver our services, we share limited personal data with the following trusted third-party providers. Each is bound by their own privacy obligations:
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — used to generate your AI Revenue Opportunity Map from your discovery responses
• Resend — used to deliver your report and follow-up emails to your inbox
• Vercel — hosts the discoverai.predicta.au web application

You can unsubscribe from any email at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email, or by emailing [email protected].
When you complete the AI Revenue Discovery, your responses to the 15 questions are sent directly to Anthropic’s Claude AI to generate your report. This processing happens entirely in memory — your discovery responses are not written to any database or stored permanently on our servers. Once your report is generated and emailed to you, the raw responses are discarded.
The only information we retain after your discovery is:
• Your name, company, and email address (stored in GoHighLevel for follow-up purposes)
• A copy of your delivered report (retained in our email delivery system, Resend, for up to 24 months)
We retain your contact details and report for up to 24 months from the date of your last interaction with us, after which it is deleted unless we are required by law to retain it longer.
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, and disclosure. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required under the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme.
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:
• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information
• Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal obligations)
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time
• Lodge a complaint if you believe your privacy rights have been breached
