6. Data Storage and Retention

6.1 AI Processing — In-Memory Only

When you complete the AI Revenue Discovery, your responses to the 15 questions are sent directly to Anthropic's Claude AI to generate your report. This processing happens entirely in memory — your discovery responses are not written to any database or stored permanently on our servers. Once your report is generated and emailed to you, the raw responses are discarded.

6.2 What Is Retained

The only information we retain after your discovery is:

• –Your name, company, and email address (stored in GoHighLevel for follow-up purposes)
• –A copy of your delivered report (retained in our email delivery system, Resend, for up to 24 months)

6.3 Retention Period

We retain your contact details and report for up to 24 months from the date of your last interaction with us, after which it is deleted unless we are required by law to retain it longer.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, and disclosure. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required under the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme.
